    Simultaneous GC Determination of Benzene Homologues and Halogenohydrocarbons in Solvent Adhesives

    • GC was applied to the simultaneous determination of benzene homologues and halogeno- hydrocarbons in solvent adhesives. The analytes were separated on PEG-20M column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 12 benzene homologues and halogeno-hydrocarbon were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) found were ranged from 0.01 to 0.27 g·kg-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 81.0%-106%, and values of RSD′s (n=6) were found in the range of 1.3%-4.7%.
