    FABRICATION AND APPLICATION OF A BUFFER USED FOR PROTECTION FROM BUMPING IN HEATING WITH MICROWAVE RADIATION

    • A buffer for protection from bumping in chemical reactions heated with microwave radiation was fabricated and its structure,working principle and method of manipulation were described.A comparative study through water-fluidics experiments with and without the buffer under the microwave radiation conditions of frequency of 2 450 MHz and microwave power of 525 W,was performed and the results obtained proved that the buffer showed high efficiency in dispelling the efflux capacity,and its function of protection from bumping of reaction-solutions and excessive evaporation-loss of organic solvents was affirmed.
