Abstract
HPLC was applied to the determinations of acrylamide in cosmetics. The sample was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, and centrifuged for breaking of emulsion. The supernatant liquid obtained was dried with nitrogen blowing, and made up to 1 mL by methanol. The solution was separated by gradient elution with methanol and water on Atlantis dC18 column (4.6 mm×25 cm,5 μm),and its content determined by UV Detector at the wavelength 210nm.Linear relationship between the values of peak area and the mass concentration of acrylamide was kept in the range of 0.1-10.0 mg·L,with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.6 mg·L-1.The value of recovery found by standard addition method was 94.7%,with RSD (n=9) of 3.0%.
