Abstract
The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of bisphenol A (BPA) was synthesized with BPA as template molecule and 4-vinylpyridine as functional monomer, and it was used to extract BPA as adsorbent of matrix solid phase dispersion from children′s toys. The sample solution was dispersed in BPA-MIP, and rinsed with CH2Cl2 after drying. Then BPA on the imprinted polymer was eluted with CH3OH-H2O (35+65) mixture, which was collected and used for UHPLC determination. It was found that the imprinted polymer had good affinity and excellant selectivity for BPA. Linearity range for the determination was found between 1.5 to 100.0 mg·L-1, and the detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.12 mg·L-1. Test for recovery was made at 5 concentration levels, values of recovery found were in the range of 94.9%-99.1% with RSD (n=6) in the range of 1.2%-3.4%.
