    • This article described the latest progress on sample surface treatment, reviewed the status of the application of thermal conductivity method, infrared absorption method, coulometric titration method, time of flight mass spectrometry, spark source atomic emission spectrometry and other analytical methods for analysis of gas elements in inorganic solid materials, analyzed their characteristics and problems, and presented a prospect for the direction of gas element analysis (85 ref. cited).
