Abstract
GC in hyphenation with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was applied to the determination of residual amounts of 10 organophosphorus pesticides in foodstuffs of animal origin. The sample was extracted with H2O and acetone and partitioned with CH2Cl2,which was concentrated and purified by GPC and active carbon SPE column. The eluate was taken for separation by GC and the contents of 10 organophosphorus pesticides were determined by MS.External standard method was adopted in the determination.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 10 organophosphorus pesticides were obtained in the range of 0.01-0.10 mg·L-1,with their lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 0.01-0.10 mg·kg-1.Tests for recovery were made by addition of standard at 3 different concentration levels, values of recovery found were in the range of 84.2%-98.7%,with values of RSD′s (n=10) in the range from 5.13% to 10.55%.
