Progress of Researches on Fluorophotometric Method for Determination of Cephalosporin Antibiotics

A review on the recent progress of researches on fluorophotometric method for determination of cephalosporin antibiotics in recent 40 years was presented, relating to fluorophotometric methods of utilization of acidic or alkaline degradation products of drug, utilization of oxidation-reduction and complexation between drug and metal ions as well as utilization of reaction between drug and organic fluorescence reagent (30 ref. cited).
