Abstract
XRFS and FAAS were applied to the study of dynamic accumulation of copper in pleopoda of bullacta exarata living in copper polluted sea water. As shown by the results of simulated experiments, the amount of copper accumulated was found to increase with increase of time, and to attain to equilibrium in 10 to 14 days. The max.amount of copper accumulated was about 2.5 times higher than that claimed by the state standards and state law and regulations.Detection limit (3S/N) of the FAAS method was found to be 0.03 mg·kg-1;and values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 98.8%-101.5%.
