    FAAS DETERMINATION OF LEAD AND CADMIUM IN BUTTON-SHAPED CELL WITH ON-LINE STANDARD ADDITION

    • Flame-atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to the determination of lead and cadmium in bulton-shaped cells,and the optimum conditions of the method were studied.Matrix interference was eliminated by the standard addition method,which was performed by the binary capillary technique under on-line mode.The working conditions of the instrument were also described in detail.RSD′s of results obtained by the present method were 3.58% for lead and 5.87% for cadmium at the concentration levels of 5.4×10-3% and 2.3×10-4% respectively.Results of recovery test were in the ranges of 93.0%-100.1% (for Pb) and 95.0%-101.0% (for cadmium).
