Abstract
Seventeen residual organic solvents in composite plastic membrane for food packaging were determined by head-space-GC. The temperature and time chosen for equilibration of the sample were 80 ℃ and 30 min respectively. Capillary chromatographic column of DB-FFAP (60 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) was used for separation, and hydrogen FID was adopted in the determination. Under the optimum conditions, the 17 organic solvents were separated within 18 min. Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 17 organic solvents were kept in definite ranges, with their lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 0.002-0.004 mg·m-2. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were ranged from 99.1% to 110%, with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 4.5%-10%.
