Abstract
Fluorescence properties of schisandrin A,schisandrin B,shisantherin A and hydrolysate of shisantherin A,hydrolyzed at 70 ℃ in NaOH solution or in H2SO4 solution,were studied by HPLC and fluorospectrophotometry.As shown by the experimental results,when the wavelength of 250-260 nm was taken as the excitation wavelength,the emission wavelength of schsandrin A and B was found at 350-360 nm,and the emission efficiency of schisandrin B was about 10 times higher than that of schisandrin A.No fluorescence was produced by schisantherin A under the same condition.However,fluorescence was produced by the hydrolysate of schisantherin A,with its emission efficency similar to that of schisandrin B.
