Abstract
GC with capillary was applied to the determination of residual amounts of 20 organochlorine pesticides in Chinese eaglewood. The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was purified by passing through GPC-SEP. The DB-1701P (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) quartz capillary column was used for separation of the organchlorine pesticides and ECD was adopted in GC-analysis. Linearity ranges of the 20 organochlorine pesticides were found in the same range of 1-50 μg·L-1 with detection limit of 0.1 μg·kg-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of Chinese eaglewood, giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) in the ranges of 95.8%-114% and 0.3%-3.8% respectively.
