HG-AFS Determination of Lead in Health-Care Drugs Prepared from Organs or Tissues of Deer

A method of plumbane generation combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of Pb in health-care drugs prepared from organs or tissues of deer was reported in this paper. The sample was digested with HNO3-HClO4 and Pb(Ⅱ) in the sample solution was then determined by plumbane generation combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Under the selected conditions,recovery of the method was in range of 91%-108%,detection limit was 0.395 μg·L-1 and RSD was 1.2%.
