Inter-Laboratory Proficiency Test on the Determination of 3-Chloro-1,2-propanediol in Soy Sauce

An inter laboratory program of proficiency test on the determination of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol in soy sauce,including 34 labs from 19 provinces,autonomous regions and cities of our country,was organized and performed by CNCA.Qualified results were obtained by 25 labs,amounting to 73.5% of the total participating labs.
