    GC Determination of 6 Phosphates in Adhesives Used in Architecture

    • A method of GC for the determination of 6 phosphates in adhesives used in architecture was proposed. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with methanol for 15 min. The analytes were separated on HP-50+ capillary column (30 m×0.53 mm, 1 μm) and detected by FPD.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 6 phosphates were kept in definite ranges with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.8-1.5 mg·kg-1 and lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 2.5-5.0 mg·kg-1. On the base of sample of an adhesive, test for recovery was made by standard addition method, values of average recovery found were in the range of 83.2%-97.0%, with RSD′s (n=6) in the range within 5.0%.
