    Simultaneous Determination of 40 Trace Elements in Grapes by ICP-MS

    • The sample of grape was treated with HNO3 by microwave assisted digestion, and the contents of 40 trace elements in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. The interferences were eliminated by choice of suitable isotopes, internal standards and correction formula. Values of detection limits (3s) of the method found were in the range of 0.003 6-0.53 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied in the analysis of a CRM of apple (GBW 10019), giving results in consistency with the certified values. Values of RSD′s (n=6) were found in the range of 1.6%-8.5%.
