    Indirect CV Determination of the Herbicide Bensulfuron-Methyl with the Modified Electrode MIP/MWCNT′s/GCE

    • A MIECS with specific discernment to bensulfuron-methyl (BSM), was prepared by CV to deposite the electropolymericed membrane onto the surface of MWCNT′s/GCE, using BSM as template molecule, and o-aminophenol as functional monomer. A method for determination of bensulfuron-methyl was proposed via measuring the cyclic voltammetry (CV) response of K3Fe(CN)6, which was used as electrochemical probe, at the modified electrode, and values of change in oxidative peak current was found to keep linear relationship indirectly with the concentration of BSM in the range of 0.5-150 μmol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.17 μmol·L-1. This method was applied to the analysis of farmland water sample, contents of BSM obtained by this method was found to conform with the results obtained by HPLC. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 95.3%-97.2%.
