    Determination of Trace Elements In Mushroom by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

    • The mushroom sample was digested in a closed teflon vessel placed in heating oven to avoid loss of analytes,and trace elements Ca,Na,K,Mg,Mn,Ba,Fe,Co,Ge,Cu in the prepared solution were then determined by ICP spectrometry.Comparison of the results obtained by the present method with those by the routine wet digestion showed that no significant difference was found between the two methods.RSDs of the method were in range of 0.28%-2.96% and recoveries were ranged in 96.4%-104.0%.
