    RAPID DETERMINATION OF GENISTIN,GENISTEIN,KAEMPFEROL AND RUTIN BY CAPILLARY ZONE ELECTROPHORESIS MODIFIED BY β-CYCLODEXTRIN

    • Through a thorough study of the working conditions,including the concentration and pH of buffer solution,concentration of β-CD and SDS in the solution and the temperature of capillary,etc.,a rapid method of β-CD modified capillary zone electrophoretic determination of genistin,genistein,koenpferol and rutin was proposed.Under the optimum condition,4 compounds mentioned above were separated nicely within 6 min.Linear relationship between the peak area and concentration of these 4 compounds were obtained in the ranges of 2-400,2-300,2-200 and 5-500 mg·L-1 for genistin,genistein,kaempferol and rutin with detection limits of 0.8,0.6,0.6 and 1.4 mg·L-1 respectively.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of fructus sophorae samples,giving recoveries in the range of 93.8%-105.2%.
