Study of Extraction Behavior of Solid Phase Extraction Materials for Malachite Green and Leucomalachite Green

    • Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a key operation applied to the detection of residual malachite green (MG) and its metabolite leucomalachite green (LMG) in aquatic products. In this paper,SPE behavior of some materials, including Al2O3 (acidic, neutral, alkaline) and propylsulfonation cation exchange resins, for MG and LMG was studied.Experimental findings showed that SPE performance of resin should be confirmed via eluation test.In addition,it has been demonstrated that the neutral Al2O3 and acidic Al2O3 have no significant difference in SPE of MG and LMG.
