    Differentiation of Fermentation Liquors of Fungus Crasis by HPLC and TLC

    • Samples of fermentation liquors of fungus carsis and their parents were taken for the study.The sample liquors were pretreated according to prescribed procedure including extraction,centrifuging,concentration and etc.An aliquot of the concentrated sample solution was used for HPLC and TLC determinations.It was found that due to the difference of degradation ability of fungus crasis and their parants in the fermented liquors,different degradation products were obtained in different sample liquors,on the base of which differentiation of fungus crasis was performed.
