    Preparation of Surface Pb(Ⅱ) Imprinted Polymer and Study on Its Performance of Separation and Enrichment

    • Surface Pb(Ⅱ) imprinted polymer (SPbIP) was prepared by using Pb(Ⅱ) as the imprinting ion, 3-aminpropyltriethoxysilane as the functional monomer to form Pb(Ⅱ) imprinted polymer on the surface of nano TiO2/SiO2 by surface imprinting technique. It was shown that under condition of static adsorption, the adsorption capacity of SPbIP was found 3 times higher than that of non-SPbIP. Acidity of sample solution having its maximum volume of 200 mL, was adjusted to pH 4 and passed through the SPbIP column at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Content of Pb(Ⅱ) in the eluate was determined by ICP-AES. The detection limit (3s) found was 0.09 μg·L-1. Recovery was tested by standard addition method using samples of lake water as matrixes, values of recovery found were in the range of 95.6% to 98.1%. Lead in 2 CRM′s was determined by the proposed method, giving results in consistency with the certified values.
