CONFIRMATION OF 23 RESIDUAL PESTICIDES IN VEGETABLES BY HYPHENATION OF GC AND MS

The presence of 23 residual pesticide in vegetables was confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with electron impact (EI) ionization and selected ion monitoring (SIM).Analysis parameters of 21 residual pesticide on BD-17 and DB-5MS capillary columns were studied.Fifteen kinds of vegetables,134 samples were determined by this method.Detection limits of 23 pesticides were in the range of 0.01-0.1 ng or 0.002-0.04 mg·kg-1.
